About Me
For over 12 years I have been working as a licenced psychotherapist. My private practice is on the coast in Pacifica, California.
I have experience with a broad range of issues that include anxiety, panic disorder, depression, trauma, substance abuse and dependence, and other addictive behaviors. I love what I do and believe I can be of help to you.
We are living in times of anxiety and uncertainty. There are ways to get through this time with less anxiety and stress. I would like to help you find your strengths and build on those to create confidence and a greater sense of well-being and tranquility in your life.
My educational background includes a B.A. in Clinical Psychology from San Francisco State University, and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill, California.
I am affiliated with the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), and I am a member of the San Francisco Chapter of CAMFT.
